Marko Bosse is a passionate griller and chef, he gives grilling courses and is an absolute ace when it comes to preparing special dishes. Thomas Lange and his parents are the 6th generation to run the well-known city butcher shop Lange (since 1878) in Schwerin and, as a meat sommelier and cortador, is always on the lookout for the best piece of meat.
